Charles Parrish

OZARK — Charles Arthur Parrish, 70, of Ozark died Wednesday, July 27, 2016, in his home in Ozark. He was a heavy equipment operator and retired crew leader from the Arkansas Highway Transportation Department. He was born Sept. 11, 1945, in Mulberry. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Inez Parrish of Ozark.
