Charles McMillin

Charles Ray McMillin, 76, of Poteau passed away Monday, March 7, 2016, in Fort Smith. Charles was born Nov. 11, 1939, in Poteau to Arthur E. “Pete” and Essie N. (Humphries) McMillin. He was retired as produce manager at Price Cutter. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Oleta (Haney) McMillin, 5/28/2011, and also his parents.
