Charles Hooper

Charles “Charlie” Hooper, 77, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born July 9, 1938, in Charleston. He was a member of Poteau Church of Christ, worked at the Fort Smith Water Department, owned and operated a service station in Shady Point and was a bus driver for Spiro Schools and Poteau Vo-Tech.
