Charles Henley

Charles D. Henley, 77, of Mobile, Ala., was born Oct. 21, 1938, in Wewoka, Okla., to Dewey D. and Launa Henley. Charles died April 30, 2016, in Mobile. He lived most of his young life in Fort Smith and graduated from Fort Smith High School, class of 1956.
