Celia Waddell

Celia Lynn Waddell, 58, of Fort Smith died April 9, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born Dec. 31, 1957, in Lawton, Okla., to Jack Lee and Carolyn Lois Stephens Waddell. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Celia loved to read and write poetry, but most of all she loved dogs.
