SPIRO — Cecil Ray Simons Jr., 62, of Spiro died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, in Spiro. He was born Feb. 11, 1953, in Norfolk, Va. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and the widower of Susan Simons.
