Carroll Rundell

CHARLESTON — Carroll Rundell, 85, of Charleston died Thursday, June 2, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born March 26, 1931, in Payden, Okla. He was a pawn shop owner, an Army veteran and was involved in the Veterans of Eagles organizations.
