Carmen Moore

Born to Miguel and Angela (Bachicha) Velasquez (both deceased) of Clovis, N.M. on Jan. 5, 1955, Carmen Cecilia Velasquez Moore finished her earthly journey and has passed to her spiritual journey Feb. 12, 2016. We celebrate her death as we celebrated her life. She loved her family and friends dearly. Her family came to Panama in 1988. She attended Immaculate Conception Parish in Poteau for 28-plus years. She graduated John Brown University and worked for 20-plus years in the transportation field
