Carl E. LaPierre

CHAZY - Carl E. LaPierre, 83, of Trombley Lane, Chazy, N.Y., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at UVHN:CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Mooers, N.Y., on Oct. 14, 1932, the son of Gilbert and Clara (Parrotte) Boyea.
