CLINTON — Braelyn Nickole Jean Lemmel, 16 months old, of Clinton, passed away at 11:50 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 21, 2016) at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, Chicago, peacefully in her mother’s arms.
