Bobbye Newman

SCRANTON — Bobbye Newman, 82, of Scranton died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born April 25, 1933, in Dublin. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, was the co-owner of Friendly Tavern in Scranton and the widow of Albert Newman.
