Billy Smith

Billy Wayne Smith, 81, of Charleston passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, in Charleston. He was born July 6, 1934, in Cecil to his parents, Fred Luther and Ora Florence (Williams) Smith. He graduated from County Line High School in 1954 and retired from Civil Service, where he was an aircraft maintenance supervisor and served in the Army in 1957.
