Billy Moore

Billy Ray Moore, 78, of Fort Smith passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born Jan. 12, 1938, in Magazine to Orville Gordon Moore and Lorene Hunter Moore. He was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Melissa Moore.
