CLARKSVILLE — The Rev. Billy Gene Fox, 80, died Thursday, May 12, 2016, in Clarskville. He was born July 11, 1935, in Winding Gulf, W.Va. He was a retired pastor and brick mason and the widower of Betty Fox.
