Dr. Bill A. Simco, 77, of Hernando, Miss., passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016, in Memphis after a three-year odyssey with pancreatic cancer. He was born July 14, 1938, in a two-room white house in Mountainburg to the late Seaph and Jessie France Simco. He graduated from Mountainburg High School in 1956, College of the Ozarks in 1960 and the University of Kansas in 1966.
