Bill Kincaid

TALIHINA — Bill Kincaid, 79, of Heavener died Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, in Talihina. He was born March 11, 1936, in Bowen, Ky. He worked in maintenance at Wister Lake State Park, was an Air Force veteran of the Korean and the Vietnam wars and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
