Bill Allen

Bill Charles Allen, 83, of Fort Smith passed away Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, at Mercy Hospital. He was born June 20, 1932, in Fort Smith to the late Charles and Naomi Allen. He attended Fort Smith High School, was a Korean War veteran, a self-employed draftsman and artist as well as an avid birdwatcher and outdoor enthusiast.
