Bettye Aydelott

Bettye Ruth Aydelott, 82, of Sallisaw passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016, in Sallisaw. She was born in Bokoshe to William Harvey Masterson and Mattie Edwards Masterson on Sept. 29, 1933. She graduated from Lamar High School in Lamar in 1951. She received her bachelor's of music education in 1955 from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, where she graduated summa cum laude. She remained active in the University of the Ozarks Alumni Association and in 2013, received the Alumni Achievement
