Betty Phillips

BOONEVILLE — Betty Louise Phillips, 79, of Booneville died Thursday, April 21, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born March 11, 1937, in Lepanto, Ark. She was formerly the co-owner of the Ray Phillips Saw Mill in Havana and was the widow of Ray Phillips.
