HOWE, Okla. — Berta Parthenia (Vinson) McKenzie­-Bills, 83, of Howe died Friday, April 15, 2016, in Howe. She was born Jan. 10, 1933, in Zoe, Okla. She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church, was a special education teacher and elementary principal for Hartford Public Schools and the widow of Gene McKenzie and Felix Bills.
