Barbara Vickers

WISTER — Barbara J. Vickers, 89, of Wister died Friday, April 15, 2016, in Wister. She was born Feb. 4, 1927, near Clear Lake, Okla. She attended school in Howe and was the widow of Claudie Vickers.
