Barbara Ruple

Barbara Rae Ruple, 81, of Fort Smith passed away Feb. 21, 2016, in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert N. Ruple; and an infant daughter, Edith Ann Ruple. Barbara was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Fort Smith and was retired from Planters and the Sebastian County Assessor’s Office.
