Barbara Phillips

Barbara Jean Phillips, 86, of Dardanelle, formerly of Booneville, passed from this life Monday, Jan. 26, 2016, in Dardanelle. She was a retired nurse’s aide and attended First Assembly. She loved to read and go to yard sales.
