NORMAL — Barbara Bates Kidder, 76, of Friendship, Wis., formerly of Normal, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the home of her daughter, Josephine “JoBeth” (Bert) Gates, at 4:36 p.m. Thursday (March 2, 2017).
