Barbara Armstrong

Barbara Armstrong, 70, was born July 6, 1945, in Fresno, Calif. She entered into heaven Feb. 15, 2016. She was a member of Kibler Baptist Church in Kibler. She was preceded in death by her mother, Melva Terzian of Van Buren and a sister, Gloria Crum of California.
