Arthur Rhodes

SALLISAW — Arthur Scott Rhodes, 70, of Sallisaw died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was a Navy veteran, worked at Larry Beck Electrical in Pampa, Texas, and at Cellofoam as a plant manager, was a Baptist and a member of the Sallisaw Fire Department.
