ARRITA CHANCE, 85, of the Peasleeville Road, Peasleeville, and more recently of Bushey Blvd, Plattsburgh, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, at the UVM Health Network, CVPH, Plattsburgh. She was
