Anna Mattox

Anna Lou (Long) Mattox, 83, was born Oct. 15, 1932, to Julius Davis Long and Bertha (Overstreet) Long in Cartersville, Okla. Living in the community of Flower Hill, Anna was affecionately given a childhood nickname by her sister, Mildred, which her brothers, Dave and Bill, gladly carried to adulthood, “the blooming idiot of Flower Hill.”
