Allen Benefield

HOWE — Allen “Cookie” Benefield, 69, of Howe died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born May 14, 1946, in San Diego. He was a graduate of Howe High School, a caregiver, mayor and city councilman for the city of Howe, served on the Howe School Board and was a custodian at the school.
