Allan Ancheta, 45, of Fort Smith passed away in Fort Smith. Allan was born Oct. 3, 1970, in Okinawa, Japan. Allan loved to travel with his parents throughout Europe and Asia. He was a very loyal friend and was always ready to lend a hand. People loved him back because he never prejudged anyone. Allan attended schools throughout the United States and Europe and furthered his education at the University of Maryland.
