MINEVILLE - Alfred Joseph Rule, 83, of Mineville, N.Y., passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Jan. 21, 2016. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Donna Jean Rule. He is survived by his brother, Robert Rule of Moriah, N.Y.; his daughters: Betty Ann and Bob Fletcher of Saranac, N.Y., Brenda and Bernie Guinto of Syracuse, N.Y., Bonnie and Jami Smith of Moriah, N.Y., and Barbara and Eric Litteer of Macedon, N.Y.; as well as his sisters-in-law, Bettie and Jack Roberts of Moriah,
