TEG Buys Handsome Tours: Exclusive

TEG, the Australian live entertainment giant, is expanding its empire with the acquisition of Australian live events specialist Handsome Tours.
Based in Sydney, Handsome Tours is the boutique tour and events promoter of the Inertia Group of Companies, operating under the directors Ashley Sellers, Colin Daniels and Mat Everett.
TEG takes a majority stake in Handsome, which specializes in breaking fresh alt-pop, indie rock and hip-hop acts. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
