The Soundgarden frontman's stalker was arrested on Wednesday as she tried to enter his Louisville, Ky., concert, TMZ reported . Jessica Robbins, 34, of Tampa, was first charged back in 2014 for stalking and harassing the '90s grunge icon and his family, according to authorities.
