Rudy Giuliani: I've Saved More Black Lives Than Beyonce

Beyoncé electrified an otherwise subdued MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night with her 15-minute medley of tracks from her latest "visual album,"   Lemonade . But former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani was offended by the singer's allusions to racial injustice and police killings – particularly the vignette during "Pray You Catch Me" in which a group of backing dancers fell to the ground one by one, encircled by red lights, as if shot dead.
