Report: Rapper 'The Jacka' shot, killed

Bay Area rapper Dominic Newton, aka 'The Jacka,' was shot and killed late Monday in Oakland, California, according to San Francisco's KPIX-TV . Witnesses said several shots were fired about 8:15 p.m. Monday in East Oakland, police said.
