Radiohead Stage Collapse Engineer Found Guilty by Discipline Committee

Eight years after a stage collapse killed Radiohead’s drum technician Scott Johnson at Toronto’s Downsview Park, the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) Discipline Committee has found engineer Domenic Cugliari guilty of professional misconduct.
The tragedy that killed Johnson, 33, took place on June 16, 2012, just an hour before the gates were to open to the public for a sold-out concert for 40,000 people.
