Music Box Village to officially open its whimsical doors Oct. 28

The Music Box Village, a whimsical play land and performance venue at the end of Rampart Street, doesn't open to the public until Oct. 28, but the arts organization that runs it has already lined up a full fall schedule. The Music Box Village, which grew out of a public art project of the New Orleans Airlift, will be open for public viewing and interaction from noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays after it officially opens.
