Joan Rivers' Posthumous Grammy

Melissa Rivers was on hand at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, where she picked up her mom's first Grammy. Joan Rivers won for Best Spoken Word Album for the audio version of her final memoir, "Diary of a Mad Diva ."
