Jimmy Mak's goes quiet after New Year's Eve bash

Jimmy Mak's, the nationally-known jazz club and host site of the Portland Jazz Festival, ended its 20-year run in the Pearl District with two sold-out shows on Saturday. The New Year's Eve festivities featured Soul Vaccination, a 12-piece funk and soul band and frequent attraction at Jimmy Mak's, and guest musicians.
