Five People Arrested in Pop Smoke Murder Investigation

The Los Angeles Police Department arrested five people on Thursday (July 9) in connection to the murder of rapper Pop Smoke. No information on the charges has been revealed yet.
“LAPD Detectives have arrested three adult males & two juvenile males related to the Feb 19th murder of Bashar Jackson, a New York based rapper known as Pop Smoke,” a tweet from LAPD read. “We will provide further details as they become available.”
