Bill Cosby: No Charges From LA Prosecutor

A Los Angeles prosecutor has decided not to charge Bill Cosby over a claim that he sexually assaulted a woman decades ago. The claim, brought by California woman Judy Huth, was deemed to have been too old and surpassed the state's statute of limitations.
