Beyonce, Adele Lead 2016 MTV VMA Nominations

Beyoncé hit a career landmark with 11 nominations this year for her visual album Lemonade as MTV revealed the list of nominations for the upcoming Video Music Awards. Adele follows for her record-breaking video "Hello," which received eight nominations. The award show will take place on August 28th at New York City's Madison Square Garden.
Beyoncé and Adele are up against each other in several categories, including Video of the Year. For the show's biggest award of the night,
