Arcade Fire sideman Will Butler moves to front with solo show

At the Rock & Roll Hotel in Northeast Washington, the Arcade Fire member took on many forms, writhing his way to a splendid performance at the sold-out venue. For roughly an hour, Butler stampeded the crowd with cuts from his sprawling album, "Policy," his debut solo release.
