Marathon Petroleum Corp. announces final results of tender offer

Marathon Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: MPC) today announced final results of its "modified Dutch auction" tender offer, which expired at midnight, New York City time, at the end of the day on June 14, 2021. Based on the final count by Computershare Trust Company, N.A., the depositary for the tender offer, 15,573,364 shares of MPC's common stock were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn at or below the final purchase price of $63.00 per share, including shares that were tendered through notices of
