Lukoil lets EPC contract for Kstovo coker

Lukoil NizhegorodNefteorgSyntez has let an engineering, procurement, and construction contract to McDermott International Inc. for a delayed coking unit at the 17 million-tonne/year refinery at Kstovo in Central Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region. The 2.1 million-tpy coker will be part of a deep-conversion complex under construction at the refinery.
