A fresh, fruity gin cocktail to see you through the summer monthsWe came up with this fresh, summery snifter to coincide with this year’s Chelsea Flower Show, but we liked it so much, we’ve kept it on the menu ever since. Serves one.40ml gin (we use The Botanist)
