Dave Franco's The Rental' is No. 1 at the Box Office for a Second Week!

The 35-year-old actor and director’s horror movie, The Rental, is at the top spot of the box office for a second weekend in a row, Deadline reported Sunday (August 2).

The movie grossed $317,823 from 242 locations, bringing its 10-day gross to $916,333. It’s IFC’s first No. 1 movie at the box office. The movie also commands the No. 1 spot on iTunes’ Horror charts, as well as within the top 10 o
