Cuba Gooding Jr. Reaches Settlement in Rape Lawsuit, Avoiding Trial

Cuba Gooding, Jr. has reached a settlement with an unidentified woman who accused the actor of rape.
The 55-year-old actor was set to go to trial this week, but ultimately settled out of court with the woman, according to Variety.
