Staking NLG

Hi all, How many of you are staking NLG, how much is the interest, and where do you do it? The only place I could find is the NLG wallet, but in order for it to stake the wallet needs to be online 24/7 if I understand correctly. That does not seem very efficient. Are there better ways?
