Weinstein lawyers want judge off rape case over texting jabs

A second day of jury selection in Harvey Weinstein's rape trial wrapped up Wednesday with 30 people invited back next week for additional questioning and the defence calling for the judge to step down after he threatened the disgraced movie mogul with jail for texting in the courtroom.
